Over the years of being on my spiritual journey, I have learned so much about what it’s like to be a true alchemist.

For me, when it comes to hardships, challenges, and struggles, I find that transmuting the energy into something  greater and more empowering has helped get me through so much in my life.

So, I wanted to talk to you on how I have been able to become a master at transmuting energy, aka, the art of energy transmutation.

Table of Contents:

So, what do I mean by this?

When I talk about energy transmutation, a lot of people’s minds might go to witchcraft, the occult, or basically anything that involves being a little “witch-y”.

And although yes, there is energy transmutation in witchcraft, I’m not here to talk about how to draw a magic circle and perform rituals.

In fact, we can all transmute energy. And what I mean by that is turning our experiences into something empowering or, assuming that you are reading the spirituality section of my blog, you may use this energy to manifest, to heal, to use it with a specific intention in mind, and just so much more.

After all, energy healers do this all the time.

Therefore we, as spiritual beings having a human experience, have the capability to do so also.

It’s just, not everyone may know how to do it nor choose to do it.

So, here are some ways that I have transmuted energy in my own personal experiences so that you can get a feel of what I mean by this:

1. Transmute energy into passion

You probably know what it’s like to run into challenging times, right?

How do you feel when you feel stuck? Or when times are rough?

Pretty down I assume.

And of course, there is nothing wrong with this. To me, I feel that we need to feel all emotions on the frequency spectrum because like I said, we are all humans.

But I will admit, I have definitely let hardships take over my well being and I’m sure at one point, you have too. This can come in the form of listening to other people’s opinions. Maybe you were bullied and you don’t express your most authentic truth anymore. Or maybe you had to conform to society standards because you felt like you weren’t worthy or enough to truly step into your power.

Sounds familiar yet?

I know it does for me.

After all, I had a very hard with truly expressing my authentic self. I used to be bullied for not taking the “safe route” in life and not reaching certain standards in other people’s eyes.

However, instead of letting these hardships put me down and make me feel small, I actually used those hardships and turned it into passion.

Hence, this blog was born.

Everything in my blog posts are things I have dealt with myself and have learned the lesson out of it or are things I have learned from other mentors.

Basically, just like I’ve mentioned in my podcast, I learned everything there is about spirituality, self-development, and manifestation and implement those teachings into my own life to inspire you to help you reach your fullest and highest potential.

I turned that low-vibration energy into something more empowering and have transmuted that energy into my passion.

As time goes on, we see more and more people use their energy in this way on social media, such as activists, coaches, therapists, teachers, and much more!

So instead of letting the energy of your hardships weigh you down, own that sh*t and transmute that energy into something more empowering, passionate, and loving!

We all want to see it from you. We need more of you out there, especially at this time.

I know you can do it.

2. Transmute energy into drive

If you are a gym goer, you’ll probably relate to this example more.

But, have you ever seen those people who go through breakups and take their frustrations out at the gym?

That’s an example of transmuting energy into drive.

Energy can be used as an adrenaline rush since, of course, anger and rage are literally just pent-up energy that needs to be let out. It’s really not that much different than when you feel excited. We just put a label on our emotions so our subconscious will take in whatever that label is.

After all, nothing in this world has meaning to it besides the meaning that we give it.

This is also why kids stomp around and cry when they are frustrated, which unfortunately, society shames kids for and often leads to unhealthy coping mechanisms as adults if we don’t process emotions in a healthy manner. This can manifest into abusive tendencies, addictions, and other negatively impacted behaviors.

I use pent-up energy all the time to get me to the gym.

I know people like to call it motivation, but if you are waiting for motivation to get you somewhere, then I’m sorry to tell you this, but you’re going to be waiting forever because there’s no such thing as motivation. That’s like you assuming that motivation is going to come knocking at your door and make you do whatever it is you need to do.

I know there are adults out there who are like this with their parents, but do you really think someone who relies on their parents their entire life without ever thinking for themselves or doing anything for themselves will get anywhere in life?

Most likely not.

Now, there is such thing as drive and you can transmute any pent-up energy to drive you to your goals.

So, if you are feeling anger in the moment, go for a run, punch a pillow, workout, do yoga, or heck, stomp around in your room for all I care (which you probably want to do this when no one else is in the room with you).

3. Transmute energy into creativity

A lot of creative people do this in their writings, art, and other creative projects. I know when people ask artists or writers what inspired them with their work, usually it’s because they went through something themselves or literally what they felt like in the moment.

We can express the energy we feel through the work of art and I do this all the time when it comes to my writing. That’s why blogging was perfect for me because I liked writing and I get to use any energy I feel in that moment to create a blog post out of it.

I’ve written so many blog posts with the energy I felt in the moment whether I was going through something in my personal life or maybe something that I learned myself and really wanted my fellow readers to learn about also!

Like I said, you can transmute energy into creativity.

So let your creativity run wild!

4. Transmute energy into healing

Fun fact.

Back in October, I got attuned for Reiki healing on myself and to perform reiki onto other people. Basically, I am able to transmute energy that I receive through the Universe into healing.

And of course, you don’t have to be an energy healer to do this, but you can use your energy to heal through breathwork, emotional freedom technique (EFT), even through meditation.

I have heard many people have the power to heal themselves mentally, emotionally, and even physically.

I would most definitely check out Joe Dispenza’s books Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself or even Becoming Supernatural because he talks more about energy and how we are able to use our energy to benefit us.

But regardless, if you have been through some deep sh*t, I recommend to, instead of sitting in your sh*t, to use your energy to heal those aspects of yourself.

After all, this is where “triggers” come from which are just unhealed portions of ourselves.

And when we use our energy to heal those unhealed portions of ourselves, we can experience true freedom. Freedom to express ourselves however we want.

And that is how we can truly master the art of energy transmutation.
