Easy Ways To Raise Your Vibrations

I’d like to get onto the topic of the energy of vibrations.

You may have heard the terms like good vibes only or stay high vibe. In my opinion, this is just another way of staying in high vibrations. Sometimes when people hear these terms, they think of some hipster wearing rainbows and throwing up peace signs, but I promise you there are some truth to this.

When you really get into the world of spirituality and manifestation, you will probably hear about how being in a high state of vibration is guaranteed to bring you what you desire most.

Vibration is our state of being when it comes to humans, the atmosphere, thoughts, and things. Literally everything in our world is made up of vibrations.

I don’t want to bore you too much about the science, but I’m pretty sure most of us know what a solid is made up of right? Condensed atoms? What do you get when you look deep into an atom? You find that when you get into the details of it, an atom is made up of molecules. What are molecules made up of?

I’m just going to cut to the chase. It’s energy.

Everything is made up of energy, which is what vibrations thrive off of.

Have you ever felt low around someone, maybe a coworker, a family member, a friend of a friend of yours who was just really depressing to be around? You may automatically feel down before they even walk into the room, not even knowing for sure what kind of mood they are in.

In this example, this person has a low vibration. And since we are all made up of the same thing, we can easily feel other people’s vibrations. That’s why you may find yourself feeling down when you are around someone even though you may be in a great mood.

Have you ever seen someone who was very ambitious and craves more in life be around a bunch of freeloaders or people who feel like the world is against them? Probably not, but do you know why that is?

That person who acts very ambitious is on a higher vibrational level as the people who have that victim mentality towards the world, which puts them on a lower vibrational level.

And I’m sure you can relate to this on some level also!

Have you ever felt like you lost a lot of friends, especially when you started to change?

Have you ever found yourself dreading to be around your family because you just don’t resonate with their behaviors?

You are most likely on a different vibrational frequency as those people.

So when it comes to manifestation, you are more likely to manifest the best for yourself when you are on a higher vibrational frequency.

Not only that, but people who are happier in life have higher vibrations. Sometimes this makes people wonder if they’re on drugs or why the heck they are so happy with their life?

But if you knew you had the choice to live your life like that all the time, would you do it? Well, I hope so!

Otherwise, why else are you reading this article?

And what’s even better is, is that raising your vibrations doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, it’s quite easy and you may have done some of these tips without knowing about raising your frequency!

1. Grounding

In my own words, grounding is a technique that involves planting your feet into the ground. This practice has slowly made its way into the media and articles such as Healthline and has been talked about by public speaker and author Deepak Chopra.

Grounding shows how electrical charges come up from the earth and have positive effects on our bodies, including raising our vibrational levels.

Think of this like a tree. If the branches of the tree where the only parts of the tree that grew, not only would the tree be top-heavy, but it would topple over because it’s not rooted firm enough to the ground right?

Same thing goes for humans and vibrations.

As you grow, you hold more vibrational frequencies, which you will need strong roots to keep yourself balanced. When you ground yourself, you’ll be able to raise your vibrations much more easily!

Otherwise, you’ll lose balance and may topple over!

So let Mother Nature help you raise your vibrations!

2. Music

Music has a massive impact on our vibrational levels. And no wonder, since music itself vibrates on a certain frequency; however, there is a catch to this.

You most definitely need to be careful what kind of music you listen to. If you are listening to sad music about losing a loved one, being depressed about life, feeling unworthy, whatever it may be, I encourage you to switch your music up if want to raise your vibrations on a positive note.

This may require you to look into the lyrics of the song or maybe switching your music up for some classical music.

Music has a profound effect on our subconscious and most of the time, we aren’t even aware of it. I think if you put intention behind not absorbing the lyrics, you may be all right because obviously, you get to choose what you want to take in and what you don’t want to take in.

For example, I know people who listen to hardcore rock music when they work out. Why is that?

This is most likely because the frequency of the music gets them amp up for their workout.

For me, I listen to piano or meditation music because I want to be in a steady flow when I am writing (in fact, I’m listen to music right now).

Basically, you can use music to raise your vibrations, depending on the reason of why you want to raise your vibrations for, whether that’s feeling good about yourself, feel sexy, manifesting money, attracting the love of your life, whatever it may be.

3. Move your body

When you move your body, you move your vibrations around.

I don’t care if it’s yoga, weight lifting, running, walking, swimming; however you like to move around, I encourage you to do so because it’s an easy way to move energy around.

Fun fact: one of the advices I give to people if they really want to get into working out is that I tell them instead of looking at it from a physique standpoint, look at it in a way to manifest faster.

Obviously you need to be on a high vibrational frequency to manifest your desires.

If you were told that all you had to do to manifest your dream life was to move your body, I bet you’d be getting off your couch and getting your move on, right?

Think of it this way next time you tell yourself that you’re too lazy to “workout” or “get exercise”.   

4. Breathwork

Breathwork helps you purge out the old, stagnant, low-vibrational emotions and helps you breath in the new, high-vibrational feelings. Breathwork has had a very lasting impact on people and if you know someone who has done breathwork, chances are, you’ll hear how people are so much happier in life, how they’re so much calmer, how much it has changed their life for the better, etc.

It’s not hard to do. You can do this sitting or laying down, but definitely do not do it standing up because it can be a very intense practice and you will most likely end up toppling over and getting yourself hurt.

I prefer to lay down in my bed or on the floor with a blanket and eye mask to keep myself cozy. I’ve done paid breathwork sessions, but there are free ones that are out there for people who want to do it.

You can go on Youtube and find them, but if you are curious on my recommendations, I really like Wim Hof’s guided breathing session. I do it almost everyday and most certainly had a lasting impact on my life as well as the people in the comment section of that video.

I guarantee you will walk away from the session feeling very high vibe!

5. Motivation/positive videos

There is such a thing with being intentional on the things you watch.

The reason I say that is because different shows or videos may either lower or raise your vibrational levels. It is important to be mindful on what you take in because obviously, if you watch something negative, you’ll find yourself feeling sad.

What I like to do is watch motivational videos to keep my vibrational levels high, especially when I’m an entrepreneur so I like to listen to podcasts or interviews of successful people because for me it feels good and raises my vibrational levels to hear their success stories.

However, you can watch any videos that feel good to you, whether that’s comedy, romance, videos of puppies and kittens, etc.

6. Have fun!

Just because you need to do adult things, doesn’t mean you can’t have fun (as long as you aren’t harming yourself or other people mind you).

You weren’t born in this world to just work and pay bills, there is obviously a lot more to your life than that. I don’t care what society says because it’s all societal crap anyways and really has no meaning to how you should live your life.

Having fun obviously raises your vibration and being on a high vibrational frequency should be natural to you, which is why I believe having fun is our natural way of living and being.

And if you aren’t sure what to do for fun or how to have fun, my best advice is to see what you used to like to do as a child. I don’t care if it’s as childish as playing flag football.

If you need to get a group of your adult friends to play flag football at your house, do it.

And invite me over while you’re at it.
